Who it's for
Students who are further along than creating a resume - or earlier than they would like to admit
What we work on
Direction
Which industries hire for their major, when those industries actually hire, and a real list of companies to go after.
Reaching people
How to connect with alumni, hiring teams and people in targeted industries - without feeling awkward. A channel most students skip.
Resume and LinkedIn
What a recruiter's eyes go to first and what quietly can get an application out of the running. How to network with purpose and focus.

What I can't promise
I'll give honest guidance drawn from 25 years of recruiting. I can't guarantee an interview, an internship, or a job offer — hiring decisions are made by employers, and a lot of it sits outside anyone's control.
What a student should have at the end is a clear sense of where they're aiming, a resume built for it, a way to reach people who can help, and the ability to hold their own in an interview.
“Amy helped me streamline my resume and LinkedIn, which made me feel much more confident putting myself out there for internships. Even as an engineering student, her advice relieved the pressure and gave me the best strategies to get my resume read and make it to interviews.”
— Zoe C., Santa Clara University
"This one felt different because I had covered every option they could throw at me. Three of the four questions they asked had already come up in our prep — so I was ready when they popped up."
— James, University of Oklahoma
About Amy
I've spent 25 years as a recruiter — leading recruiting teams, hiring at every level, and building internship programs from scratch. I'm not a career coach, and I don't pretend to be. What I know is what happens on the employer's side of the desk, and how little of it ever reaches the students it would help most.
